At Rancho Del Rey, we provide lots for resident-owned mobile homes, creating a sense of ownership and community among our residents. Please note that we do not offer homes for rent. Residents are responsible for their monthly space rent and utilities, which include electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash services. Additionally, residents are responsible for setting up their own cable and phone services.
