I called Foothill and they answered immediately, were incredibly kind on the phone and sent out a repairman THE NEXT DAY!! Chuck came by and was super professional, kind, and efficient - he had my washer back up and running within 45 minutes! He even cleaned up all of the yucky water that was trapped in my washer.
