"excellent atention . and the waiting line was not bad at all, because the system of searching through the app and starting to fill out the necessary application is very good Thanks you"
"First I'm so disappointed all the way to the judge ... False accusations and there priorities are to lock up every chance they have like it depending on there income .. Sad is the proper word and lost of focus of true justice...we are tax payers and still get this unlawful, laughter on are face ,and un justice...like we are just a number shame on level 6"
"The clerk in Dept N is very lazy and argumentative she refused to give simple information. Instead of arguing why she cannot do her job she could have answered a simple question that took less than a minute instead she lied that she does not have that information but had 5 minutes to argue. They forget they work for the public and cannot treat the people that way. I am sure other colleagues and people who have dealt with her feel the same way."
"I want to thank the Norwalk Department staff for helping my elderly parents with questions and paperwork they had about an eviction. Thank you so much for helping them understand what they need to do. I normally do all these things for them but this time I was not able to help and I am glad that the department has nice people that really help out."
"If you try to call the courthouse to reach them over the phone to ask questions, they will not answer, no matter what the time of day is or what day it is. If you need information on anything about what to do print out files or learn about self help, then go to their website where most information on inquiries is inaccessible or nearly impossible to find. If you show up at the courthouse, you will be met with employees who despise you and their jobs, and will do anything to get out of helping you. Questions will bother them. Sometimes you'll be able to print that document you needed from your records, other times you will be told they are unable to do that. Most LA County Court offices are a complete joke, but Norwalk takes the cake."
