"The Long Beach Community Garden is a wonderful place to garden. Big plots, approximately 600 square feet. Lots of room for veggies and some flowers to attract bees. The camaraderie in this garden is amazing. Neighbors sharing their crops with each other. It’s so nice to have your own little piece of heaven to grow your own crops. I find it relaxing to dig in the dirt, plant the seeds and water. Walking in the garden is truly delightful. All kinds of different ways to grow plants."

"The Long Beach Community Garden is a great place to Garden. When you are a member you get 600 square feet of planting. You can use 80% of that for veggies in 20% for flowers. There are dues annually that are minimal, and you have to participate in community help. There are some restrictions in some planting guides. Overall if you love gardening this is the place for you."
