"When I signed up for the first time I was planning to stay only for a month only to try it, after a month me and my family fell in love with the gym and the great coaching team that they have. I feel bless to be part of this gym. I have always done some kind of training but this gym is definitely on another level, I can see the difference in my body, more toned and a lot more strength. "Forward Functional Fitness is a gym I would 100% recommend. I am definitely new to CrossFit type workouts and it can be intimidating at first but everyone here was so nice and welcoming. Everyone was sure to help me figure out how to get the best workout for my own level of comfort. Coaches are so nice and knowledgeable. The owners are the most open hearted! "This gym is a wonderful place to workout at and the people are great! I love that I walk into the gym and I know I will have an intense workout. The coaches (Marisol, Dale and Matt) are great at working with people to scale the workouts to accommodate injuries or weaknesses. I have noticed gains in my physical fitness and can now to 5 strict pull-ups in a row! The members are super friendly and encouraging. I have been to other Cross-fit type gyms and the vibe here is so much more welcoming and encouraging."
