"*CURRENTLY DEALING WITH THEFT/UNDERGOING CHARGEBACK PROCEEDINGS* In short, I’ve sent a ~$2,000 order back, after agreement from Bryce, which he has refused to refund. He messaged me the night the return arrived, promised it would be taken care of the following day, and then this is where it all goes south. After this email, Bryce drug his feet and promised multiple days he would ‘get it done’, yet never did. The last communication I received, was a phone call from his assistant….explicitly telling me that Bryce wants me to refrain from contacting him anymore. You read that right, Miller Speed Co told a customer to cease communication after failing to remit a properly owed refund (whilst already confirming the products were back in his possession). We are now 1 month after this sequence of events/he received the order back, zero update, and Bryce has still yet to refund my money. I had to begin chargeback proceedings with my credit card to get my properly owed refund. In conclusion, *STAY AWAY* from this company, as there’s gross incompetence from a business/ownership standpoint and perhaps some financial woes occurring behind the scenes. Bryce is 100% a thief and an embarrassment to the motorcycle industry."

"I have an 2000 FXD, this bike ( or frame and case) has seen every bit of 200,000 miles. Recently blew the front cylinder and needed a new top end. Favoring reliability (or as much as we could get with some juice) after months of dealing with slow people and not being able to get parts shipped to CA, Miller Speed Co and their mechanics dialed me in with a fresh top end and a handful of other goodies. Ordered everything I needed. Took every precaution before and after the break in to insure everything was dialed. They did it fast, were very commutative, keep me updated on everything. If I could recommend you a clean, highly skilled shop for Harley’s.. this is it!!! Couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did for me! Konnor J."
