"We reached out to Marge on a Sunday, early morning and she was great. She was helpful, empathetic, and also cognizant of the shorter timeline for services due to family flying in. She stayed in constant communication via text and phone. Marge (and her staff that was sent to the home) were professional and respectful. P.S. I would give them 5 stars. The only reason for the 4 stars (I would have chosen 4.5 if given the option), the address for the cremation was in San Bernardino rather than the local Ontario address, which was unexpected when transporting out of town family members to the ceremony."
