"I was at Downey City Hall yesterday I wanted information regarding any programs for first time buyers The first person that ask me what do I need I explain to him that my daughter wanted to buy a house and if the city of Downey have any programs and he told me to wait he needed to find something he take a long time to came back. Than another young guy ask me what do I need and I repeat the question and he said the only way I can help is if you have the address of the house my daughter was planning to buy after I give him the address and he looked in the computer and ask me if for sure that was the house then he told me the Downey didn't have any of those programs so, why he didn't told me that I spend more tan 35 min. For that answer he could tell me that from the beginning unless he wanted the house information for himself I was really disappointed with the customer service from the city of Downey"
