"lobby says it opens at 6 AM and it’s 623 in the morning and nobody is coming to open the door. All the lobby doors are closed. I cannot get in here to use a self-service machines. This is the second time either change the times on the door or open the place according to the time it says."

"Get an appointment online….. this is a well run office with very helpful staff. They take passport photos for $15. My photo, taken for $20 at a UPS store, was rejected. It did not meet the passport guidelines. My advice - wait and have it taken here. The renewal process was more complicated than described online. I was VERY pleased to have the pros behind the counter make sure all the steps were done, signed, initialed, and paid for."

"False information is posted and they don’t answer neither they are so rude and unhelpful. DONT WASTE TIME COMING ON SATURDAY THRY DONT LIKE TO WORK SATURDAY.even though they say is open they make they’re own schedule."

"Tip: go during the week in the morning, it was dead when I went there was only two other people . This facility was great, just make sure you make your appointment and have all your paper work if you need a passport or services. The first desk woman was a little grumpy but I was nice to her and she lightened up a bit, everything else was smooth and the woman who took my picture was very sweet"
