"I’ve visited this location several times in recent weeks to drop off many packages and everyone has been friendly and helpful! I’ve also mailed other items and purchased supplies in the past without a hitch. Easy breezy!"

"Unfortunately, poor customer service. Window clerk sent me to manager who then told me “she can help you” pointing to the window clerk without first asking what’s my question. Then clerk tells manager she doesn’t know how to print a pre-paid label. Manager proceeds to scold employee for an eternal minute. I finally politely tried to intervene; if she would just listen to my question, the manager would know if she can help me. Instead of helping me, manager raises her finger at me nonverbal communication letting me know to be quiet, I’m not talking to you. Ultimately, turns out they couldn’t help me at the branch but what I wanted to purchase (prepaid flat rate box) is available to purchase on the website. Information I learned myself after leaving and checking the usps website. I dislike writing bad reviews, but I can’t stand rude managers at any establishment. They are in a leadership role. Whatever stress they experience or job dissatisfaction is not anyone else’s problem."

"They literally NEVER have any items they should have on inventory for customers(i.e. stamp envelopes, change of address forms etc.) the attitudes are out of this world as if you’re asking them for a million dollars. A huge space with such lack of resources and respect. Do better this is so not a good look."

"Big Office space for what? What a waste of space! Definitely need more clerks at the front desk and at the cashier. Walk ins should be prepared smh if you know you need an application please have it filled with black ink most walk ins take up all the time bcuz no one is ready.."

"I have visited this post office location two to three times this year and I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff as well as things being organized nicely. My last visit on 09/05/2023 afternoon was not so positive. The two individuals(one male/one female)not so up on customer service, however the worse was the young female, blondish hair with black roots. She was rude to me but more so with another patron. Total bad attitude and talking down to the the female customer. Don't know what the female USPS problem was, such a bad representative of the USPS."
