"Beware and read all the reviews posted here and on Yelp and BBB. These people are lying thieves and thieving liars. The only positive reviews are from people using their dump, not storing RVs. A big fat no."
"It was broken in to several Motorhomes and Catalytic converters were stolen. They don't inform you when that happens. It happened to our Winnebago twice within one year. They didn't even give us any confirmation for our insurance. It's not safe there at all. And one of the two "ladys" working there is very unfriendly and yells at her customers to get off the terrain if they need any help."
"You get what you pay for, they have a fair price but they do not care about there customers. Some people broke into the storage and damaged / stole things from 11 vehicles. They did not improved security and said that cameras would be to expensive. All they said was that they are not liable and when we asked them to write a letter for the insurance stating that there was a break in the denied it. Update: Until we found a better option we keept our place there, another break in happend and again nothing changed. We left by now but I would definately recommend to stay away from this storage."
"We've been going every week for two years to dump our RV. $30. The dump is EASY to get to!!!! We have a 30' trailer with a long-bed truck - I have no problem maneuvering through the lot. Always works!!! Never a line except after a holiday and only then two ahead at most. The employees are exceptionally friendly!!!! They have their own hose. If it ever has a problem you let them know and they either get it fixed or replace by the next week!"
"Dee the office manager is very sweet and helpful. Always willing to help and go out of her way for you. Facility had a dump station for use to public for $20. Good price on storage and dump is free if you rent there."
