I had an unusual request regarding Jet-A purchases, and Emily was unsure whether her establishment could fulfill this request. She took it upon herself to speak with the Airport Operations Authority to find a solution and followed up with me. Even though her establishment could not fulfill my request, she called me back and informed me of its status and the reason behind it. I would suggest this business to anyone who wants to have a great customer experience."

"Flew my light sport airplane in for a two night stay in Long Beach. Even though I fly a small LSA plane, Alberto was right there when I landed with the red carpet and made sure I was taken care of as if I had flown a Citation jet in. Plane was put away and safely secured. April, Valerie and Tristen (name might have been Justin..:)...sorry) were very helpful. I plan on flying into KLGB on a regular basis and will be using Ross Aviation again. I can highly recommend this FBO."
