"Picked up sandbags to protect our property. City gives out 10 free bags at fire station and Public Works hauls in a trailer of beach sand. Bring your own shovel and you're golden. Best to bring a hand shovel because they will fit better in the bags. Once filled, the bags are at least 20-25lbs. Be sure to bring some extra muscle."
