"I found this location because it was located down the street from my workplace. I assumed this was an actual department of motor vehicle office and only needed my name changed on the title of my vehicle and registration, the guy wanted to charge me $80 for a free service that was done at the actual department of motor vehicle office. Save yourself money, time, and the headache, go directly to the actual department of motor vehicle office."

"This is my second time at this location, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had thought that maybe my first visit was just a bad day, with a new worker who hadnt done the job right. I unfortunately got over charged, never refunded and also, my vehicle was never registered. This time, I was wanting to just get it over with and skip the line at the dmv.The other shop I had gone to unfortunately closed. The second time I had visited, the workers kept looking at me and mumbling to one another. I figured, to each their own as long as I got the service that was needed. They were really rude when it came to receiving my information and the process needed. I would like to say great things but unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant."

"Horrible experience! Took me 4 & a half weeks to get my plates! Everytime I called they said to call back later! I called yesterday to see the progress & made it aware that I was losing my patience. The owner was very rude today I went up there & he raised his voice at me! Even though I had a calm tone I'm just never going back ever again! Plus they're fees are outrageous! NO STARS!"
