"Customer service is excellent everyone, when the staff greet you they smile they are friendly they help you in so many ways if you're struggling with your lock they'll open it, if you having problems with the entrance gate extra storage space staff is there for you to get you into the gate. I love the experience I have had with Extra Storage Space. I have one more unit there and I will always go back if I need to use one of the units again.
