"I had called May 29th for a appointment for the HP office, I live in South Gate and the person said that the HP wasn't excepting appointments right now so she gave me an appointment for a phone call appointment July 2nd but I was really determined to do it in person instead over the phone, I went this morning found a parking in the parking lot and the security guard told me where to get the number, answered a few questions put my ss# in and took a ticket with my number on it, didn't wait long at all. Not alot of people there either. The lady that helped me was very nice and now I will start getting my money. This office has changed since I went there with my parents many many years ago. I read all the comments that people have posted and I was worried. But I went today and had a successful and a very good experience. The people I talked to today even the security guard they were all very nice to me. I am very happy on the out come."

"The office has changed a lot since the last time I came seven years ago, before there was no control, there was an Afro-American guard who didn't like people asking him how to get the ticket for the window, he got annoyed and the office was dirty, Now everything has changed, both in security and in the service. They also took care of me very quickly, the longest that lasted inside was half an hour. The security guard helped me to get the ticket. I was surprised by the speed of the service and the lady at the window was incredible. he treated me kindly."
