"I also bought tickets with this agency in January 2014. We paid for the tickets that day for our vacation in August. On the day of our trip he spoke to us to tell us that we could not go that day. He didn't have the tickets for the day he gave us but he separated us into two groups. No, he just spoke to us two hours before you saw us go, but he charged 4 tickets to my card without my permission.
