"From the first time I contacted Om Studios (asking about bicycle parking) to my very first time taking a class in the studios, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I felt like a part of the Om community from day one! All the mellow flow instructors at Om are very accommodating when I told them about a limitation due to knee surgery and offered suggestions for modifying moves as needed. After not having practiced yoga for nearly 7 years, I quickly went to taking 4 yoga classes a week at Om now! And, everyone that works at Om knows you by name, which makes it feel like even more of a community!"
