"Bought a bathing suit for my daughter, brought it home she didn't like it. Came back to return it with tags didn't have the receipt with me so I knew that I had to come back with it because otherwise they would give me the sale price. So went home search for receipt came back with the receipt, tags on it never worn and they wouldn't take it back because the liner was gone which was not in it to begin with and I bought it that way. I explained to her that it was purchased that way and it was sold that way to me and she didn't care - they refused to take it back. This is very very very poor customer service and I will not be shopping at the store ever again. I also returned something else prior to this and they don't even give you store credit they give you a check that you have to wait for in the mail and then you can bring that check to the store and use it. I also think this is ridiculous either give me a Store credit, or a gift card with that balance on it. Instead you have to wait for a check to arrive in the mail that then you don't even get to cash it becomes like a gift certificate so you have to carry it with you at all times and hope that you don't lose it. It's obvious that they make it very difficult for you to return things in case you change your mind or your child doesn't like it. This translates to me as for customer service - you will not have me as a customer gap!"
