I got home and tested the door. It still rattled. So I went in and fixed the problem myself. They had left off two important bolts that hold the actuator to the door frame. I’m very disappointed because their work had been good before that. Can I trust them now?"

"We had the most frustrating experience working with the guys here. The person we talked to is super rude and utterly unhelpful. First they did a simple check on our engine for the engine oil leaking issue. But without fixing anything, they charged us 160 bucks. When I decided that we are not fixing our car here. The guy simple says that the best way to get rid of our car is to donate it in the current condition since no dealer is going to want it. Save yourself some money and energy and go to any other places. The unprofessionalism is utterly stunning..."
