Not only did Erick sell me a replacement battery, but he also seamlessly installed it with no issues. His efficiency and attention to detail were amazing. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I've had nothing but great experiences every time I visit any Autozone!"

"Google Maps shows "In stock: tire chains, updated today" I walk in and the clerk asks if I can be helped. I ask where they keep the tire chains, and the response is "Oh, we don't sell tire chains. Try Fred Meyer or somewhere else." Updated today? Obviously not. Not sure if this is an AutoZone fail or a Google fail, but it doesn't matter. I came here for chains and was lied to by *somebody* that they would be here when they aren't. I have limited time and don't appreciate having it wasted. In other words, thank you AutoZone clerk. I think I will find chains in a different store, along with anything I else I might need in the future."

"The sales person(Lady) in this store is ruthless and soo incompetent . I walked in to buy a bulb I wasn’t sure of the details of my car and needed a little assistance in checking to make sure it’s the right fitting bulb she told me one she doesn’t have time to sale me the bulb coz she has to finish her paperwork before closing at 5pm ! Next she got so many cars so if I need her to check my car details I should go to air in my car until she has done her closing paperwork! Whoever put this kind of person in front of service for such a serious store should consider customer service training . The website says it closes 9pm Sunday even if it was closing at 5 I was there 10 minutes to why not have a polite way to speak to customers . What a shame she is even considered as a customer representative!"

"It was early am probably the first person that walk in to the store I was greet by the manager and another employee that was very nice and both seem to work along very well. Honestly good feeling when you being great nice and also good experience helping as I was traveling and my car had a few codes that they immediately let me know about the parts."
