"I really liked the speed and ease of acquiring a storage unit; and the location is maintained well. However, I did not appreciate their random price increase. My rent for a 10x15 climate-controlled space was $263 a month. After just four months - not even coinciding with a new year - they raised the price to $336 - an almost 28% increase! I think they recognized the increased rate was excessive because for the first month with the increase, they gave me “$47 account credit… for being a valued customer” but it made me prioritize moving my things at my first opportunity (at the end of the 8th month)."

This location is always spotless clean and every time I'm there, I see a staff member cleaning around the property to keep it in a great condition. The staff here is always so friendly, organized, and helpful. Specifically Nayely. She's always going above and beyond to help me with anything and everything and every time she helps me, I leave the office extremely satisfied."
