"The two times I've been to this location the drive thru has been painfully slow. Today we went and had placed a mobile order. Drive thru took 10+ minutes to get the window. Once there, another 5 and we were asked to pull forward. Another 5 minutes and my husband went inside to ask for the food. We get home and half the order is wrong. We called and the number on the receipt doesn't work. 20+ minute wait at the drive thru, food was barely warm, and the order was wrong. This location is awful."
"Ordered a Honey Butter Chicken biscuit meal with a large vanilla iced coffee. As soon I went to pay, I got a coffee which was too my surprise white, which was confirmed when the drink was pure creamer and no coffee. After I received my meal, i left to make it to class on time & saw they had given me a completely different meal. To my surprise as I was the only person ordering in the drive-thu. All in turn wasted my time, money, and overall breakfast."
