RAYS' LUGGAGE STORAGE

"Unfortunately Ray did not return with my luggage as promised at LAX. I had to fly home to Australia without it. I have been home now for 3 weeks and have phoned Ray almost 90 times. He will not respond to emails or answer phone calls. Even after asking for more funds to help send the luggage home which I sent him. Still no word. 2 very upset little boys who were so excited to receive their gifts from Mum on returning. The stress caused from this has been constant! Not receiving communication at all. No luggage after almost 1 month home is ridiculous. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE WITH THIS MAN."

The airline staff mentioned him and he was easy to talk to and made the whole day so much stress free by picking up my bag from the airport and dropping it off right on time. He even had helpful tips for me for my day in LA. If I am passing through LA again, I would 100 percent use ray’s luggage store again"

"I needed a place to store a suitcase for a week between two trips that both connected in LAX and was surprised to find that there are absolutely no lockers or luggage storage services available at the airport. The baggage services rep gave me a card for Ray’s Luggage Storage. I made the mistake of getting a taxi to take my bag to his location, which is relatively close to the airport. I should have called first because the location isn’t obvious from the address on the card (best to confirm on the website) and Ray will actually pick up and drop off at the terminal for a much smaller fee than the round trip taxi or Uber. If you need a place to store luggage at LAX, Ray will take care of you. Super friendly and had no trouble contacting him."

"This was a great experience Ray made it super easy to find his location and even when we got lost he took the time out of his day to assist with locating the place. Ray is a great guy he was friendly, kind and professional. My experience in LA was not the best but Ray definitely was one of the highlights. He was very kind and storing your luggage here was an excellent experience. Would definitely store my luggage here again if I was going back to LA. Thank you Ray!"
