"The tour from HELL!!! Sounded like the perfect tour. pickup at hotel 9AM. drop off 4pm ( 7 hour tour) 1. driver locked his keys in van. we had to wait for another driver to open it- 45 minutes. then another pickup, then to the "office" to pay and pickup a couple more. different driver, never introduced himself, never gave a welcome speech. Chewed gum and candy constantly- even on the fare occasion he spoke about where we were. It was so bad, that one couple left & Ubered an hour back to the hotel. Stop signs, lane lines, speed limits were totally ignored. We were terrified more than once. Every stop, he bought more food & ate it while driving. He never pointed out "highlights" such as famous streets or buildings, when asked, he gave a one sentence explanation. Final stop, Venice Beach, he had us leave 5 minutes before sunset."

"Yesterday was a day to remember. Shawn our tour guide was awesome!! We started out at 9:30 a.m.. There is no way I would have gone to all of the places in a car on my own. Loved hearing the history of Los Angeles and the many areas of Los Angeles I would normally not see or know about on my own. Shawn made our day wonderful. Lot of patience, pleasant, and knows his history. Highly recommend his services if you are ever interested in going on a day tour of LA. Thank you Shawn!! You Rock!!"
