"These people need customer service education. They look like they are doing me a favor. So rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. Customers expect to be treated with sarcasm, disrespect, and no help. This is my second time here and this time it's gotten worse. I am changing my review from one star to five stars because of Georgia. I hope I say her name correctly. I am adding to my previous review to Georgia. She is the best. I've never gotten any customer service that matched her. She was not only sweet but very professional. Very helpful. I can't express how happy I am with the service I got."
"Georgia has such positive energy and a vibrant spirit. It was refreshing to be greeted with her smile and great personality upon arrival. Yolanda was kind and professional during check-in. Although we had a little bit of a wait during the return (they were short-staffed during the lunch hour), Georgia still went out of her way to greet us and apologize for the wait, even though she was on her lunch. The GM Danny was super efficient, kind, and professional during the return. We'll be returning to this location for our future van rentals."

"This location needs to cross train workers, so that there is not only just one guy who knows how to check trucks in, and not only just one guy who knows how to hook up / remove trailers, and not only just one person who knows how to work the front desk. Checking the truck back into this location on 1/9/23 around 3PM, was the worst U-Haul experience ever. It literally took about 30 min to return the truck I rented, due to only one worker being available. This experience was so horrible, that people were actually getting out of their trucks / personal vehicles (trailer attached) to see what was going on. The guy behind me even moved a truck that someone exited for quite some time, and he also even helped move a detached trailer to an empty space so we could move forward, after the worker just left it sitting there. A few customers complained about the wait and how we were all sitting there burning gas. Those customers ask about a discount (I as well) only for the worker to say we don’t give discounts, and you can turn off your truck to save gas. As a person who is very familiar with how gas vehicles run, you actually burn more gas every-time you restart a vehicle, as opposed to simply leaving it on. It would have cost that worker nothing to offer a partial discount or to even instruct us to call corporate for a partial discount. He didn’t even so much as apologize for the wait. Someone else did (the brother), but not him."
