"I can only say good things about this store. We have purchased a new dishwasher about 2 years ago and recently a new oven. Today my mother-in-laws refrigerator died (probably yesterday but she told us today). She is 90 and really didn’t know how to handle this issue. My wife and I went over figured out what size she needed and headed straight to Center Appliance. Luckily they had the Frig that we needed in stock and since we went in early (and they were not slammed with deliveries today) they were actually able to fit us in for a delivery and install. True heroes and this made a 90 year old ladies day!! Thank You and I can’t say enough about your store. Our go to place for appliances."

"Bought a GE washer. Sure Home Depot and Lowes had same washer for $20 less, but after removal charges and Not having to buy a Hose kit like they charge i spent total of $900 vs $980. Cleaner and much nicer shopping experience, and much friendlier employees. I will buy all appliances from Center and never from the trashy big box stores"

"I purchased both a refrigerator and range. After they were delivered I noticed defects on the refrigerator door. I notified Center Appliances and they refused to exchange it out stating that maybe the other could be the same. And if I returned they would charge a 15% restocking fee. I am on a budget and it took me long enough to save for these. First they said they would order the door and then let me know the next day that GE had to come out and inspect it first and that would be a week later. Being the holidays I thought I would start decorating my home, but it’s been nothing but a headache because lord knows how long they are going to take. Bottom line is I will never purchase from them again."

"I am so incredibly disapointed with my washer and dryer purchase! I give two stars only because the sales people were really patient with me and answered all of my questions. But ever since the sloppy delivery team showed up leaving trash in my driveway and black finger prints all over my walls and doors, I have listened to my brand new washer squeek and rattle with seemingly no way to fix it!! I wanted to support small business but I have never had this problem with appliances from Home Depot. So sad!!!"

"I’m am extremely thankful of the employee OSCAR! He was extremely professional and informative. I was nervous about making a purchase due to financial reasons but he welcomed me in and assisted me. I was able to make a purchase of a washer/dryer and refrigerator. Any concerns I had he addressed immediately and gave the correct information that was needed. He was patient with me in regards to picking out my appliances and answering all my questions. He went above and beyond to help. I was surprised to see how knowledgeable he was of his appliances. I am new to this city and the move has been stressful, it’s amazing how a smile and friendliness could take the edge off. Thank you Oscar! I will be referring family and friends to this location."
