"I'm deeply disappointed with the recent experiences my husband and I have had at multiple That's Cheap locations . Over the past two weeks, we visited three different stores, only to find each one closed for what they claimed was a "store reset." This inconsistency and lack of accessibility have severely tarnished our perception of what used to be a reliable retail chain. The frustration of arriving at a store only to find it closed for maintenance is aggravating, to say the least. It not only wastes our time but also undermines the convenience we expect from a retail establishment. When a store continually undergoes these resets, it suggests a deeper issue with management or operations that needs urgent attention. What's particularly disheartening is that this retail chain used to excel in consistency and reliability. We relied on it for our shopping needs without hesitation. However, the recent string of closures and excuses has shattered that trust entirely. As customers, we expect transparency and reliability from the businesses we patronize. Unfortunately, That's Cheap has failed to meet these basic expectations. We urge the management to address these operational shortcomings promptly and restore the confidence of loyal customers like us. Until then, we'll be taking our business elsewhere."

"Finally stopped by. They had some good deals and I can see how it's smart to stop in regularly. But I prefer the Charity Shop Roseville (it's worth the drive) as they have a much bigger selection, better quality items, better prices, and the money goes to local charities."
