"I was storing my RV here and found the lot to be very clean and the dump station was really convenient. Had no problems with theft or vandalism. I would have liked to continued using this lot. My three star review is due to the increase in rates. I can tolerate a small increase from year to year but two increases in less than a year seems like just bad business. The last increase pushed up the rate to a cost that did not make sense for a small RV. So I am no longer customer."
