She went out of her way (above and beyond) to fulfill my family's needs. "I would like to take the time to thank Robert and his wonderful team for serving my mother in a dignified way. Robert even gave me his cell phone and let me bother him all hours of the day while dealing with my family's many changes. Unfortunately, prior to using this funeral home, I have had to use others in the past and I can assure you they did not give me the personal touch Robert gave. He made me feel like I was the only family he was serving and I know he must have had many others as the pandemic was at its worse the first few months of the year. The pandemic has been difficult for everyone. One of the staff members at Perez mentioned she had never seen so many losses as she saw this year. Our family was patient and understood that the team was experiencing daily guidelines and procedures but we totally understood and appreciated their guidance. Anthony contacted my brother and I with warmth when she was ready to be picked up after cremation.
