"The guy was assaulted on camera he then pepper sprayed the assault her and the cops coming arrested the person who pepper sprayed the da said it wasn't self-defense but my question is what would a cop have done in that same situation then again cop would have had the a ok to kill him"
"All about the taxpayers money prosecuting me for something I didn’t even do & the only evidence is she said versus me & they don’t even ask my side of the story. She has a frontal lobe TBI. Look it up, end of story. I’m the one who’s being abused by her and Now this system. She even told the DA’s office to drop this case. Plus the DA isent us foreclosure on our home for property tax, no forgiveness for her disability and our hardship. Yet Oxnard just received a $4 million grant for the homeless and we’ve paid our taxes up until her brain injury and they’re gonna take our home, we’ll be the homeless soon. How about use a bit of the 4 million to forgive people like us who are unable to pay huge property Tax."
"Please change your tactics and abuse of the system, self defense is a right and shouldn't be punished"
"This DA is guilty of malicious prosecution and playing unconstitutional delay tactics in violation of ones constitutional right to a speedy trial."
