"Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor and this clinic. The receptionist has the worst attitude. She does not know how to speak to patients and their families. I do not understand how she is even allowed to work as a healthcare professional. Horrible work attitude."
"Very unprofessional and unethical practices . I went there 2 months ago and i was on a Vitamin D and then he told me you dont need to take Vitamin D pills but instead i will inject you Vitamin D that will last for 6 months , Then he said i am out of the injection come next time any time and i will inject no need to book an appointment and he did not give me the pills either , Then 2nd time i went he was busy he didn't give me the shot.. 3rd time i went with my parents when i had their appointments he argued with me and said was busy but did not give me the injection. What a unprofessional way of taking care of patients its very sad we have to get treated by such mentality."
"Firstly, the receptionist has an awful attitude. She doesn’t know how to communicate, has poor customer service, and extremely unpleasant. If your office only accepts cash or check payments, wouldn’t you notify your new patients when scheduling the appointment about that? I had to leave the facility, find a bank, withdraw cash in order to pay for the copay, which resulted in me being over 45 min late. My second visit wasn’t any better. The doctor asked me to come back for a recheck and I assumed it was to go over lab results but why did I need to come back to the office? Couldn’t he just go over the results over the phone? I was under the impression that since I am here for a recheck and to just go over labs, then I don’t need to pay a co-pay. The rude receptionist said no you have to pay. Luckily, I anticipated that and had cash but I still had to wait for about an hour. I was finally able to get seen and the first question he asked was, “So why are we here today?” First of all… you asked me to come back for a recheck. I don’t know why but here I am. He then questioned me if I reached out to my referrals and I told him I only got 1 and the office he referred me to is permanently closed. He then raised his voice and said “We contacted you and left you messages!” And I replied “I got the message but it was for only 1 referral and that doctor is no longer in business.” He walked away in disbelief and went to the receptionist to ask for a copy of the referral and she said, “WE ALREADY SENT IT TO HER!” The walls are thin and I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor came back into the room and called the office and put it on speaker in attempt to prove me wrong or catch me in a lie. There was an automated message saying “This facility is permanently closed.” He then replied and said, “Oh, that’s weird” and tried to brush it off. Why would I lie?! So now, I’m even more upset at this point. And when he was checking vitals, he noticed I was upset and he asked me, “Are you okay? Did something happen today?” Why ask that when you know I’m upset about your clinic?? I didn’t want to waste my breath and replied “nothing is wrong.” And he responded, “Oh, really?” We then went over labs to find that mostly everything is in normal range. And as I’m trying to leave he asked if I had any questions and I responded “no”. He was then shocked again and said ok but if you need anything or have questions then please don’t hesitate to call. I am never coming back here. It is one of the worst medical establishments I have ever been to and I wouldn’t recommend coming here."
"Dr. Desai is very caring and knowledgeable. There aren't many doctors like him nowadays. I highly recommend him. He takes time to see his patients and really cares for you. The front lady secretary is also very nice."
"First of all, doctor visit in US sucks. And this doctor made me wait for 1 hr. And more over to that, I was sitting in the waiting room, I heard doctor talking to patient as if this is some social media platform and they are passing their time. If I had to wait because he was assisting other patient then it's fine but he was just chit chatting. This is ridiculous. Dr. Virendra should understand that people are waiting for his assistance and not to do some time pass."
