The reception lady is also very kind and responsive. I am a new patient, so the wait time is very acceptable, around 20 minutes. The lab is in LPIH."

The person answering the phone was rude and didn't want to help and the back "nurse" Jasmine did nothing but make excuses. Never will i Ever go here or refer ANYONE to this office. The Dr may be wonderful but the staff is horrible. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on eternal ignore. I held for 15 minutes no manager ever picked up."
