"I was scheduled for a visit today at 10 am but arrive 10:20 earlier I was calling that I’m gonna be late but no one is answering my call I came fill up paper forms then they said I cannot go in because I was late I’m pleading if ever can wait until available but they refused me and re schedule for June what the heck I waited for this appointment I was really disappointed appointed to the staff ! If you are looking for a Clinic like this don’t you dare to be late they will not really help you soooo disappointed! Never come back here again"

"Dr Gonzalez is a very good doctor. It is his staff. I wrote a letter and gave it in hand to Dr Gonzalez about his staff and how I am so upset about how they handled things in that office. They lose or misplace my x-rays, there's other incidents that's happened. Dr Gonzalez had called in a supervisor Lynette so I could tell her what was going on she said she was going to investigate it. 2 weeks after that Giselle , she's very unorganized herself in the office for which she told me she forgot that she was supposed to do something for me. So basically I have to do the footwork for those young ladies that work in that office. Leslie she's very rude, she wanted to be argumentative with me. And I still haven't seen any changes in there. As soon as I get what I need to get done for my body, I hate to change doctors, but because of that staff!! I need to go somewhere else where they are more organized. I pray 2024 will be a better year for Dr Fernando Gonzalez's staff."

"I've been a patient of this Dr's office for over 9 years I was never disappointed with their service before. When you make an appointment you expect to be seen within 20 or 30 minutes. Not the case with this office. I've had an appointment for 9am and I left after 12:00 pm. Today I had an appointment at 9:30 in which they called me the day before to ask if they can change it for 9:15 I said sure I'll be there at 9 am. And I waited 45 minutes . Do better Dr Gonzalez staff. Please get back to where you were before. You saw your patient's in a timely manner."
