"I went to the office this morning cause I need the blood pressure medicine and after they checked my blood pressure it was 180/130 Almost Heart attack then the Very aged Doctor said he sent a refill to my pharmacy and am still waiting in the pharmacy they didn’t receive any emails from the doctor now it’s six hours and am almost passing out also they are not answering my phone calls idk what to do"

"Hello, I would like to add a comment I need the stuff is great but the only issue I have is sometimes don’t wanna answer the phone I get people go to lunch but by a certain time her but I’ve been calling since in the morning and no one answers the phone. I don’t know if the phones off the hook or what and sometimes when they book you an appointment for in a certain time or sample 9:00 AM or 12 and then I’ll call you at the time they say they always call you late from your appointment time but anyway that needs to be a little bit better but anyway, other than that no one ever answers the phone over there sometimes it’s hard I need to ask important questions"

"Leaving patient untreated I had a call from the doctor office. My mom had H Pylori but she's unable to make a move and go see the doctor. The nurse put me on hold and came back to me saying that we'd leave the patient untreated for now until she can make a move. H pylori needed a well-known course of antibiotics and OPIP mediation that doesn't require the patient to be seen again. Nurse hangs up on me when i asked to talk to a supervisor. I called back several times before someone answers again. Eventually Jasmine answered and she refused to give me the name of the person that hang up on me and informed me that we'll leave the patient untreated for now. I have never in my life seen such a poor health care service"

"Worst office I’ve ever been to. Made the mistake of not researching this office before picking my primary care provider. Got stuck with Dr. Reiss and I don’t think I’ve had a doctor that seemed like he cared less. Actually, when he asked me how I was feeling and I was trying to talk to him, he got up without a word and walked out of the room. I was so confused. Seems like all they care about is collecting your co-pay. Also strange that they only accept cash. They don’t care."

"If I could give this office zero stars I 100% would. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS. 1) Once I called for an appointment 15 minutes before closing and the rude office assistant told me to call back 2) Another time I called to make an appointment and they couldn't find me in their system because they input my information incorrectly. 3) After all was said and done, the rescheduled my appointment without confirming with me, then refused to see me because I missed said appointment. IS THIS A JOKE?! Disgusting, I guess I should read their yelp reviews."
