"Dr. Carnegie has always made mine, and my childrens health her priority. She saved my middle daughter's life. Her medical advise is priceless. Even if she can't figure out what is wrong, she doesn't blow you off, she will send you to a specialist, and she will keep sending you until they find out what is wrong with you. As long as she is in practice, I will be her patient. Go see her ONLY if you want a doctor who cares."

"Horrible service. I called in to make an appointment because I have an ongoing condition and need my meds, and the person on the line says “oh since you’re a new patient we don’t have appointments till after June 20” literally 1 month and a half later. I explained to her that I couldn’t wait that long and was no longer able to see my current doctor since they didn’t accept my insurance anymore and she responds with “well you can always go to urgent care” like urgent care treats ongoing conditions? that has to be done with your PCP. They’re only in it for the money and not to help people, why go in that field of work if you basically don’t care about people?. Do yourself a favor and don’t choose this doctor. Go find a better one. There’s a reason they have 2 star ratings."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had!!! So unprofessional!!!! They changed my due date 3x and in the spam or 3 months I only received one ultrasound. I asked questions which my OB NEVER answered the wait is super long just to make an appointment takes them over a month hardly answers the phone. Went in so they can forward my information to my new doctor two weeks later they still haven’t done it. Called to ask if they can forward it they said to call at 2pm called again at 2pm and the office was “closed”."

"I've had Dr Carnegie for over a year. Sometimes I wait a bit, sometimes not. The staff can be very busy, but overall, they are extremely nice and helpful. The office often has Nurse Practitioners in training, as well as doctors, so you often get to see both that person AND the doctor. This can take longer, but I always feel I had better care because of it. When the staff had a lot of calls and you call, sometimes they only get out, "Can I place you on hold?" and then you are on hold for a long time. I can see how that would bother some people. But, I just was on the phone with them for fifteen minutes while they tried to resolve an issue with my insurance and the pharmacy - that is why someone else couldn't get through. I know that they will give me all their time and attention when I need it. And, end of day - after 4 - is a MUCH better time to call! I almost always get through right away. Per visits, I almost always get in within a week. If it is more important, they usually get me by next day. Dr Carnegie has a relatively dry delivery - a bit business-like. But, over time, I notice she pays a lot of attention, follows through, and is always willing to work with me to get to the bottom of things."

"So far so good I changed from a Downey doctor that was great but the staff was the WORSE with the exeption of one person. My first visit with Dr. Carnegie was a GREAT experience with her assistant Ms. Neponuseno, she listened very carefully to all my concerns. I felt great in their hands. So far the staff is good and have not had an issue with them being rude. I believe that if reviews show that the staff is rude the doctor should take the time to speak to them. Staff and doctors need to understand that we patients are already apprehensive going to doctors appointments, and we definetly DO NOT need the staff to be rude to add to the anxiety that we already have."
