"I had called July 22nd and had a ticket made for one concentrator and tanks. I called today (8/1) to make sure everything was ready for pickup, but Laura (Lara?) had told me that there WASNT a ticket made. I told her to look again, and after a couple minutes, she magically found the concentrator but no tanks. When I told her to add them, she had a rude attitude like it was my fault. I feel like now I have to call again tomorrow cause the pickup is going to be a hassle for my family. Laura (Lara?) was just flat-out rude."

It took over a year for Laura and Desiree to finally get my account and my supplies straightened out! I have never seen a business so screwed up! As far as I am concerned, ROTECH lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ONLY 2 that have CUSTOMER SERVICE are the OFFICE MANAGER in Encino and the DISTRICT MANAGER in PASADENA!
