"DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR unless he is your assigned PCP and you have no choice (like my father was). [Click for full review below] Update: I switched my parents out of their medicare group and insurance right when they were allowed. This review of Dr. Lee still stands but wanted to update that this visit was SO UNPLEASANT we switched m parents groups to ensure we would never have to deal with him again. Original post: The medical community should be embarrassed of Dr. Kenneth Lee. I’m shocked to see good reviews on this doctor (office staff was pleasant to work with). I took my father in for a simple prescription refill but since it was my fathers first time seeing Lee, an in person visit was required for his prescription. Lee is his assigned PCP thru his insurance provider. We arrived 5 mins early to account for new patient paperwork and waited for an hour and 45 minute until the doctor slowly made his way to us (after inquiring twice on the long wait time). We finally see the doctor and when I asked about the wait time his first response was ‘my usual wait time is 2-3 hours’ (as if I should be happy that we ‘only’ waited 1:45) followed by ‘this isn’t my clinic and my job is just to see patients when I’m told’ in such a rude and careless manner. He even went as far to try to tell me his profession is internal medicine (as if I didn’t know) and his patients all have special needs… my own PCP is also in internal medicine and I know she has NEVER spoken to me in this demeaning manner before and understand their area of specialization. And when I pressed forward, he flat out said ‘you should find another doctor that suits your needs.’ In my opinion, not only does this doctor not respect his profession, he also does not respect his patients. Do NOT see this doctor unless you have to (like my father had to). We’re not even home from this doctors visit and I’m already working with his insurance to change doctors. I will say that the office staff at NECC were a pleasure to work with."

"Ms. Stephanie is a lovely receptionist and went the extra mile to sort out insurance with me; helpfulness rarely found these days. The building is clean and organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee is efficient and thorough, as well as the hygienist I saw. Parking was easy to find. Highly recommend"

"I called the office because of a clarification on a mutual patient, but after been put on hold for 15 minutes, the office hanged up on me. I called back and asked to speak with the manager named Lupe, she was no help of course. Was transferred then, to referrals Dept. and spoke with someone named Mario, He told me that their office do not notify referring Drs of any abnormal results or if they are referring patients else where. (Unbelievable, frustrating, Overall mess of an office)"

"Dr. Lee is a focused doctor. He has always been very attentive during every appointment and I have been seeing him for 20-years! He never rushes you through your appointment and he actually listens and then talks to you (not at you). Because he is very patient focused, you may have to wait a little longer to see him---but it is well worth the wait. Thank you Dr. Lee for really caring for your patients' health and well-being!"
