"This is a terrible facility. At best it is a place where people are warehoused. There is no treatment and there is no plan and if you have a loved one who needs treatment, you should try to make sure they go anywhere but here. This facility has a "discharge planning" department whose only plan and goal seems to be to get people out the door as soon as possible without any regards to what is in the patient's best interest. This is a shameful facility. Update: College Hospital's "discharge plan" put hmy son on a path that left him dead. They may or may not be legally responsible but I will forever hold them morally responsible. If I could give them negative stars, I would."

"This place did everything for my family member it was supposed to do. It got him out of an acutely dangerous situation, allowed him a safe place to stabilize and resume his meds, provided him with stern guidance and structure, and helped him find resources when he was discharged. I don't know what people expect from these types of places--leather couches and one on one time with Sigmund Freud? A permanent housing solution? A massage and foot rub? Mental illness is a lifelong struggle. This place is a stop gap for when families and individuals can no longer deal with that reality. Sad but true. It is a good place for being medicaid funded and a jewel resource for the poor and unhoused. I hope my loved one never has to go back there again, but I'm glad this psych hospital exists to help in some small way."

"I only had one staff member in here who was very compassionate, other then that, it's a horrible facility. Staff here do not really care about your well-being more than they care about their paycheck. I have seen patients get mistreated, disrespected and neglected left and right. If you have someone in here please check in on them everyday."

"I had a good experience. The nurses that I was assigned to were very understanding. The staff as well. Thank you Tamika, thank you offelia there is one more just that I never got your name, you showed me love for helping out someone that had trouble walking back to his room,Thank you. The therapist team Mary, Angela, and Morgan were extremely awesome. I got so comfortable that I didn't want to go back home. Just to think about returning back to work and facing all responsibilities that led me there. I even got a ride home. I live 45 minutes away."

"This hospital has severe poor management and very non organized hospital. The doctor gave wrong diagnosis and discharged my son after gave him medication even didn’t keep him to see if medications affected him. Also they promised to hold my son to pick him up and give all information to me and when I went there irresponsible nurse gave all his discharge plan to his hand which discharge planner told nurse to giv it to me instead gave to the patient. Even didn’t give him any food and when he came from hospital and refused to come home gathering all trash and was eating. Also he didn’t have phone and they didn’t give or maybe didn’t care if he has phone or not and sent him outside without warm clothes at winter. I wish I could give less than zero to this non organize and very weak staff. Please do not sent patients to this hospital and feed just their irresponsible nurses and doctors and staff who just care about their pockets not patients."
