"Thank you,for your great work at Conor McGregor's leg! This man is an inspiration for myself and probably you did save his career!!!"
"5 stars for hope he gave me, 0 stars for results he gave me #letcamplay"
"He helped me get full use of my arm again. I'll always be grateful to him for that. I had a good experience with him, his staff, whole thing. Expensive, but worth it -- I got my arm back."
"Love my Doctor, Dr.Shields. He has been amazing at answering all my questions and taking great care of me, his assistant Jessica Ramos has been great in helping me out with everything I needed from the doctor. As for the front desk, I spoke to someone in the front desk by phone today by the name of Nicole, she wasn’t very friendly. She sounded mad, when I asked my question she ignored me and didn’t say anything back just continued typing to the point that I had to say hello again to see if she heard me, she just told me to hold on very rudely. She sounded like she was hungover or didn’t have the energy levels to work. I just didn’t appreciate her unfriendliness. I also started taking PT there, my experience wasn’t that great.. They focus more on athletes then they do on a regular patient. I sometimes waited long periods of time waiting for someone to tell me my next exercise. I felt like it was very repetitive and I once had one of the PT reps I believe friend that they were taking care of steal my bench from me with my belongings still there, I went and get them off the bench and they both laughed and apologized and told me I could leave my stuff there that the girl just needed to cool off, she was dripping in sweat and was super tired from running I guess m, my issue wasn’t that she took the bench it was more the way the PT rep laughed with her and acted like it was okay to do that she also told me she was only going to be a moment while there was other benches empty, I guess she wanted that one because it was in the back and she wanted to talk to her friend. Shortly after my bench was giving back another PT rep and his patient where on my bench had their personal belongings on there so I couldn’t sit down and had to stand for a while.. when I asked if they needed me to move the PT rep sounded mad that I asked and said I was fine, still left me standing there till they were done with their workouts. After that I guess the guy that was taking care of me went on lunch, he didn’t tell me anything and I was just sitting in the bench for a while for my next workout, I was on the phone and then I heard someone yell “this one is for you” since they didn’t say my name I payed no attention, then she said it again with an attitude and I looked up and said “for me?” And she shook her head saying yes, how was I supposed to know it’s for me when you are yelling from the machine instead of personally coming to me and letting me know if my attention isn’t there since I didn’t know you were now the person taking care of me. Plus you didn’t say my name.. she didn’t explain the workout to me and I just did what I thought I was supposed to be doing.. So overall not a great experience with PT. I’m giving the 4 stars because of Dr.Shields and Jessica Ramos, if not this would of been a 2 star rating."
"I'm so frustrated with this entire medical group. I was referred to Dr. Elattrache from one of my friends. I made an appointment over a year ago because I had a tear in my meniscus. When I got to the appointment I was told that I would have to see another Dr. before being allowed to see Dr. Ellatrache and would be seeing Dr. Photopoulos. However, when I got into the room another Dr. came in first where I had to explain all that was going on and then Dr. Photopoulos finally came in and then I explained all over again. After visiting with Dr. Photopoulos for about a year, he had me see another Dr. for injections then passed me off to another Dr. and then another. According to Dr. Photopoulos, my issue wasn't just my tear. After now dealing with my knee trying to avoid surgery for over 2 years I asked to finally see Dr. Ellatrache as to me surgery is my only option-that yes I have other things going on, but they are stemming from my tear and once fixed then all other issues can be also dealt with. I got my referral to Ellatrache, not from Dr. Photopoulos and to me-he had basically said he can't help. I didn't get an appointment, but what I got was a phone call from Dr. Ellatrache's assistant-saying that I should stay with Dr. Photopoulos and if I wanted surgery he could do it. So I explained to the assistant that I had NEVER wanted to see Dr. Photopoulos, that when I called originally it was for Ellatrache and I was made to see Dr. Photopoulos and that I don't want him doing my surgery. I had asked for Ellatrache. The assistant said he'd again speak to Dr. Ellatrache. Two weeks went by and the assistant finally called and said that Dr. Ellatrache feels I should stay with Photopoulos. I am so enraged with this whole group! I have a PPO for a reason. The fact that I saw 5 Dr. within this group -none of whom I originally wanted or asked-but was passed along to is so ridiculous. And now, when I do need surgery-I can't even see the Dr. I originally called for. I'm so beyond ANGRY!!!! This group is HORRIBLE and to me they are working the insurance companies and wasting my time. Dr. Ellatrache-shame on you."
