Located at 8610 South Sepulveda Boulevard, Los Angeles, California, our non-profit primary healthcare organization is dedicated to providing quality health services to the uninsured and underserved populations of South-West Los Angeles and its surrounding areas.

At PWCHC, we believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality healthcare, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, immigration status, or ability to pay. Our comprehensive services include primary care, preventive medical services, and health education, all delivered with a patient-centered approach that prioritizes the well-being and dignity of those we serve.

Our facility is home to the Robert Brooks Family Health Center and the Doctor Rachel Tsimerinov Pediatric Health Center, where we offer a full spectrum of services aimed at promoting health equity and improving population health. Under the compassionate guidance of Dr. Nicolette L. Ballou, a respected member of the Los Angeles community, we are committed to treating our patients with kindness, respect, and concern.

Founded in 2019 by Denys Slesarenko, a healthcare management graduate from California State University Los Angeles, PWCHC stands as a testament to the vision of bringing equality to healthcare access. We are proud to honor the legacies of Robert Brooks Ballou and Dr. Rachel Tsimerinov, whose namesakes inspire our ongoing commitment to service and community care.
