Though quite in demand, Dr. Alves was able to fit my brother into his schedule and very quickly had him in for an ablation. I found Dr. Alves to be very kind and understanding to my brother and though he's quite busy, he took great care to make sure that both of us understood the procedure. I found him and his office to be responsive and professional, and at all times thoughtful to and understanding of a patient with special needs."
