"I am only giving a 4 because I love Dr. Kasel. Otherwise I would give a 1 star on reception. I absolutely love and adore Dr. Kasel. She has been my family's doctor over 27 years. She seems me and my husband plus our children and also my mother. I love the two MA's Lourdes and Lisa. But dealing with the receptionist is a nightmare. She does not for one second interact. I cannot get a return call for anything. My husband was hospitalized 10 days in December is very sick and we needed to be in close communication with our doctor. We called a dozen plus times to get 2 return phone calls. We call and call and call. Nothing! We have now resorted to walking in the office. Or I will have to call and specifically wait for Lourdes to be in to relay a message. I also have gotten NO return call from the Office Manager. Never in my life have I felt as helpless and I do when I cannot get ahold of my primary physician when I have a very medically fragile husband. So disappointing. Why are my calls not being answered. Why have an answering machine if calls are not returned. Why are messages not being delivered to my doctor?"

"Awful place. The first day I went, the receptionist was the one “acting” as a nurse or whatever. She took all the vitals etc. Dr. Lyn was good, listened to me carefully and gave me a few tests. The receptionist/nurse/assistant scheduled the blood testing in their facility another day. After overnight fasting when I reached there, she was trying to get my blood, she was poking all over my hand but couldn’t touch down the vein! Rather than apologizing, she was telling my vein are tiny! Can you believe that? Nowhere ever I experienced this. She said let’s try for another hand. I just left and said I cannot keep on poking my hand. They need to up their game or it’s not looking good. Can’t recommend."

"Dr. Kasel is one of the few doctors left in the community who truly cares about the well being of her patients. Very thorough and very professional not to mention her emmence knowledge of her profession. No drama doctor. The best of it's kind. Knowledge, professionalism and her bedside manner is empecable Her crew matches the character and the great bedside manner of Dr. Kasel. I don't know if there is another doctor outhere that can match Dr. Kasel's love and respect to her patients and her profession. God gift to humankind!!!"

"I went as a new patient looking for a routine physical. Same medical history questions had to be answer by questionnaire, app, nurse and then doctor again. Doctor spent 15min asking the same questions, no physical was done since it is a first visit, got bloodwork paperwork only. I specifically asked for a test to be included in the bloodwork, confirmed with Dr. and office, but it was in fact not added so the lab didn't do it. I did not got a call or follow up after the bloodwork to schedule a physical. After a month or so, I get a bill just for answering questions and no care. I tried the office but could not provide any help at all."
