"Was referred to this practice by my neurosurgeon, Dr hersel was my doctor until he decided to move his family to Tennessee without any notice to me whatsoever. I was then a patient of Jagtiani who I didn’t choose but was now seeing. Jagtiani is not a doctor I would choose to be my doctor and should have changed doctors when this move by Dr hersel happened but I didn’t, and am I sorry now. The treatment by Jagtiani his words “our a favor to Dr hersel “ Jagtiani said he doesn’t agree with Dr hersel treatment but will continue “as a favor to Dr hersel “. This doctor that was chosen for me does not return phone calls told me he didn’t know neurontin causes breathing problems and didn’t know symptoms of withdrawal when he stopped my neurontin. Found out some doctors in practice don’t have a license. The practice has gone down hill in my opinion since Dr hersel is no longer associated with office, staff changes monthly staff are not professional eat in office, ignore patients when they arrive for appointments. Staff told me that Jagtiani prefers virtual appointments instead of in office visits, I told staff I wanted in office appointment and next visit gave me virtual appointment again. The staff take it out on patient if you prefer in office and also if you call office and want to hold to speak with someone instead of leaving message because you have called and left message and do not get messages returned."
