"I haven’t had a Doctor that is very thorough and she spends time with me to explain everything. Dr. Vicente is an excellent physician and I am so happy that she is my Doctor."

"The review has nothing to do with Dr Vicente’s professionalism and expertise but how the office staff operates the scheduling system .Sister had an appoinment and showed up on time as i dropped her off while I parked the car but was told by the receptionist that she did not have one and that there is no md . I know very well it was made as we had the appt card given to us on her last appt as i was with her and even took a picture of it . I went in and i spoke with the receptionist myself but now , she gave me a different story that someone had called to reschedule on a later date . We know very well that we did not do that and only me and her knows who her md is . We checked our phone call entries and found a few days before the appt that there were 2 entry from Dr Vicente’s office but no messages were left . So now we suspect that they were trying to cancel us but unable to get hold of us for some reason . I drove 12 hours to be with her for this appt as she is ill and frail . It would have been nice if they just plainly said , “we cancel your appt as md will not be here “ instead of lying to us or maybe tried calling us again to cancel even that morning as our appt is not till late afternoon .This review was made for the improvement of how they operate their office that Dr Vicente might not be aware !!!. Definitely needs improvement in office operation scheduling system and more professional front office staff as patients already does not feel good and to be treated by mean staff does not help . Dr Vicente is a great doctor and have no complaints about how well she is as a doctor and my sister loves her . And so despite of this , we will continue to see her as it does not affect how she treats her medically and will continue to recommend her to friends and families .Thanks for reading ."
