"Just felt like I had to leave a review after how efficiently and kindly I was treated at the ER today. I was in the most excruciating pain from a stingray sting and they still managed to find a way to help me laugh through it. All the staff was awesome, at least the nurses and all that. I was expecting to sit there for hours before being seen and I actually felt like the process was really efficient and didn’t keep me waiting for a long time to be cared for. Granted it was a bit more of a mellow day it seemed, but still! It’s a County Hospital - not always do they get the best reputation here, but my experience honestly shocked me enough to leave a good review of a hospital, so there ya go."
"Attentive staff. Handled my needs well, I expected a 4-6hr stay & it was about that. It's an ER so that's typical. Got help when urgent care had closed. They called in meds to be picked up the next day as the pharmacy was closed by the time I was discharged. No complaints outside of the extremely small parking lot. I was lucky enough to get a spot but it's about a 16 car max I believe."
"They really took me & my health serious despite being busy. I felt very informed about my treatment & will always be grateful about how they were transparent & also compassionate."
"I finally had to go in after not being able to keep down food or water for a few weeks. They were very caring about dealing with extreme PTSD. They rehydrated me, made sure I was ok, and gave me a small prescription of needed medications while I wait for county mental health to respond. They quite probably saved my life. Thanks guys!"
"This place is like a jail cells. The service front desk are so rude. My mother in law is 88 years old and they don't allow me to wheel her in and translate for her. The ugly security guard is so rude acting like a tyrant. They don't even allowed me to wait in front of the building, only in my car."
