"I visited them about a year ago, but i wrote my review on yelp and i wanted to also write it on their official website as they did such a wonderful job. I am a first time patient. I had x-rays and an exam. From the moment I walked in Felicia the receptionist helped me & made me feel welcomed. The x-ray tech was polite and gentle. The room tech made me feel comfortable & didn't judge me for my honesty. Growing up as a child going to the dentist was more of a privilege than a necessity in my household. Dr. Olivia Sugimoto did a very through evaluation. I was impressed. I addressed to her my concerns and for my case a referral was necessary, but I will definitely be coming back & will be bringing my son with me. They all did a wonderful job. Thank you!"
"I was very happy with the receptionist and dental assistant help and with the x-ray assistant very nice and generous. I was not satisfied with the female Dr. Sugimoto assistant with my 6 year old son she was no help and knowing she’s a pediatrician doctor I was expecting some kind help but instead referred me somewhere else and not very nice especially if you work with kids. my respond was sorry we can’t help you but we will bill your insurance for your sons visit and work done they were good at that but no work was done on my 6 year old son"
"I am a new patient with Woodside Dental and I must say from my first entry into the building I was pleasantly welcomed. The front desk staff is absolutely on queue with their care and attention technique. They get five stars ⭐️ all by themselves! Now as far as the Dentist that I saw, SHE (Dr M) was nothing slight of very kind and thorough. I appreciated her listening to me. I appreciated her kindness towards me and her non-judgmental attitude with regards to my Dental situation. I will have extractions done tomorrow at another facility, and my Short term dentures are already ready to be immediately placed. I absolutely love the fact that they’ve already given me a financial printout of what to expect, and what to pay. That is huge! I love thoroughness. I will do a follow up after my extractions tomorrow as that’s not going to happen at their clinic space. Oh, let me in with saying this, I am a Infection prevention MDRS for UCLA, So cleanliness, and Hygiene are high on my list of expectations and I have to tell you they top the charts. **When I saw the front desk using a disinfectant to wipe down every high touch area of the waiting room, I was super impressed! Again they did five stars all by themselves!"
"Waiting area is very nice and the staff is cheerful from the moment you walk in. I'm a fairly new patient since my insurance had changed and I needed to find a dentist after many many years with the one I had had . The only change that I would love to see is a computer program that allows staff to schedule appointments such as cleanings. Currently, I have to call them 3-4 months in advance for my next appointment."
"My last appointment went well. My guess is that I'm following a oral healthy personal protocol for a two thumbs up review. When a patient goes in and out and the Doctor likes what the x-rays show or don't show and the same from the dental hygenist then I'm relieved nothing more could be done besides flossing, brushing, dental cleanings, and checkups, right? Now for the easy stuff. Friendly staff immediately greets you. Calm color on the interior waiting room. Wait time was reasonable. I never felt rushed. Plenty of parking space. Coming up I'm due for a extraction and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a smooth proceedure."
