"I was going through a legal situation and one of my ex-employees stole two of my business phones. Staff members Bladen Wilfong and Manager Samantha Williams were very helpful and very kind. it was so refreshing to receive kindness, especially with the situation that I am going through. The Team helped me rest my passcodes and printed out phone data information for legal purposes. I am very content with their customer service."

"I recently visited the broadway store and Heather was so helpful. I had questions on how to lower my bill. And she gave me knowledgeable solutions in contact numbers to make this happen. She even found a way to help me lower my bill right on the spot."

"I have been trying to transfer my number from my mothers account to an account of my own. I went into this store to which the employee told me that my mother need to call and release the phone number to me, then I could come back and they would work with me to set up my own account. Yesterday I went in hoping that they would help me. There were at least 5 employees in the store at this time and only one other customer. I requested assistance in setting up a new account as I did what was said to me the previous time I had come in. The same employee that I talked to last time told me that I had to call customer service to set up the new account and that they were unable to in the store. I waited 40 minutes on hold before I drove off frustrated that I was not helped by the employees who were scrolling on their deivices presumably doing nothing. I called customer service again today, I started the transfer process before curiosity got the best of me and I asked the lady on the phone if the store was able to help me with this process, to which she responded that the store could have helped me and that she saw no reason why they weren't able to at that time. Moral of the story is, the employees in there do nothing with their time and turn people away and lie straight to their face so they don't have to do their job. At this point, I don't even want to use this service provider anymore. Maybe I'll try a seperate store."
