"Got a chemical peel by Dr. Nguyen and my face is severely burned all over my right cheek. Dr. Nguyen is extremely lackadaisical is removing the peel. She barely brushed a wet cotton pad over my face, leaving a great deal of product left on my face. Even though I only had a 10 minute drive home, by the time I got there my face was scabbing and so red that it was almost purple. I am graduating college in 2 months and I am devastated that this scarring will be visible in my graduation pictures for the rest of my life. Such an insane lack of care from a medical professional. If she didn't care about my 22 year old skin with no visible skin damage, I can't imagine the care that other patients would receive. Please do not let anyone that you care about go to this facility."
