His office "does not have email", his phones do not work, he apparently takes a 90 minute lunch, and leaves at 1 pretty often, apparently. In 2024 I am baffled to see that there are businesses that operate in such a manner. But apparently doctors are in demand so they can behave this way. Completely unprofessional."

"Dr Leoni has been my family's doctor for many years. Too Many! I will never, ever, again set foot in his office. He's gone from a great family physician to a Quack! For the last two weeks I have been in great pain in my right shoulder. Terrible pain. Nauseating pain. But LEONI was too busy to help. He promised a cortisone shot, but expected me to wait another week, after already waiting a week, after seeing his Nurse Practitioner. I finally walked into his office without a appointment. I sat in the waiting room to no avail. He knew I was there but hid behind closed doors. Finally one of his incompetent staffers told me that he would not see me and wanted me to make an appointment for yet the following week! I walked out in pain and remain so.
